sureCore in Sheffield is licensing its CryoMem suite of Memory IP designed for extremely low temperatures required for quantum computing (QC) applications.

The IP is the result of a UK-funded consortium that developed cryo-tolerant semiconductor IP and will be available on 180nm and 22nm 22FDX silicon on insulator (SOI).
